Held at Dewan Kompleks Masyarakat Penyayang in Penang, the first of its kind was organised by Lean Wah Thong Chinese Temple in conjunction with 115th Anniversary temple celebration during the feast festival of Tai Shang Lao Jun, the founder of Taoism.
